We usually collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form on this website (including a form you start but do not finish), upload a bill, call us, or reply to an email or SMS.

When you submit a quote request, we share your details with one or more partner energy brokers or retailers so they can contact you with quotes. Those partners handle your information under their own privacy policies, and any ongoing relationship is between you and them.

We may also disclose your information to our service providers, such as hosting, CRM, call tracking, analytics and marketing platforms, to our professional advisers, and to anyone else where you have consented or where we are required or permitted by law.

Some providers store or process data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and Australian privacy law.

7. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
